​Originally from the Midwest, I moved to California eager to see what life on the Left Coast had to offer.  I served as an AmeriCorps VISTA in Mendocino County before attending graduate school at the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, where I completed my masters in Counseling Psychology. 

Drawing upon nearly two decades as a therapist, I bring a refreshing outlook to life's issues using humor and emotional skill building in an atmosphere of curiosity to build self-confidence and enhance your communication skills. I believe YOU are the expert in your own unique experience, and I'm so excited to meet you! 

In my free time, you'll find me at pilates, sampling all of San Francisco's cortados or  trying to cook something for dinner vs. ordering Doordash.
