Originally from the Midwest, I moved to California eager to see what life on the "Left Coast" had to offer. I attended graduate school at the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, where I completed my masters in Counseling Psychology.
Drawing upon my 10+ years as a therapist, I bring a refreshing outlook to life's issues using humor and direct feedback in an atmosphere of gentle curiosity. I believe YOU are the expert in your own unique experience. I see my job as being an active listener and someone to bounce ideas off of, all while offering tools and suggestions to help you along the way.
